Here's what stands out to me right away: your page knows its one killer argument and it hammers it well. You pay for the silicon, not the provider's overhead. The reverse-auction pricing comparison, the Razer numbers, the $1.33 vs $3.93 H100 line: these are receipts, not slogans. That is rare and it is your strongest asset.
But the page leans almost entirely on price and speed. What I don't see is the harder emotional work: the anxiety of trusting a decentralized network you don't control with a training run that costs real money. You name reliability once ("Global Grid. No Off Switch.") but you never confront the objection a serious ML engineer feels in their gut before they migrate.
So the page reads as a very sharp calculator wrapped around a very quiet story. You've won the spreadsheet. You haven't yet won the leap of faith.

That is how you make a differentiation claim land: you show it, then you tell me why it's structurally true. I wish the whole page had that confidence.
What I notice is that your customer barely appears. I know what Akash does (rent cheap GPUs), I know how it works (configure, bid, execute), but I never quite feel who I am when I land here. Am I a solo ML researcher burning through personal budget? A startup engineer whose runway is measured in compute hours? "Maximize your engineering runway" is the closest you get, and it's buried in a subhead.
The word "sovereign" and "independent" and "operational autonomy" show up a lot. That's your point of view trying to surface: this is about not being locked in, not being at the mercy of a centralized cloud. But you state it as a feature bullet, not as a belief. The insight ("legacy providers set static rates to protect corporate margins") is genuinely good and it's the one place you sound like you have a spine. I'd want more of that.
Here's the gap that matters most to me. Decentralized compute has one enormous objection sitting in the reader's mind: can I trust hardware I don't own, from providers I don't know, for a workload I can't afford to lose? You answer it obliquely with uptime percentages and "resilient against system-wide failure," but you never name the fear and dismantle it. The Razer case study does more trust-building than any of your copy, because it's a real company with real numbers.
The Razer alpaca is doing a lot of quiet work, by the way. That greyhound-alpaca sprinting image is memorable and on-brand for a network that's fast and a little irreverent. Good instinct. I just wish the words matched that personality more often instead of retreating into "enterprise deployments" and "data residency."

I think this page was built by people who deeply understand the product's mechanics but haven't codified who they're for and what emotional promise they're making. Proof density is genuinely strong. When you cite numbers, you almost always attribute them.

The jargon load is well-managed for your audience: "SDL configuration file," "Ray clusters," and "reverse auction" all assume competence but stay legible to a qualified evaluator, which is appropriate here.

And the stakes of inaction (you keep overpaying, you stay locked in) are gestured at but never made to sting.
The transformation is present but functional rather than identity-level: you go from overpaying on gated compute to training 3x longer for the same money. That's a real before/after, but it lives in the wallet, not in who the customer becomes. The story is 60% there, and the 40% that's missing is the human at the center of it.
The functional job is crystal clear (rent GPUs for training, fine-tuning, inference), but who the customer is and how they want to feel or be perceived is left almost entirely to inference from logos.

Where it gets muddier is coherence. You run several parallel CTAs ("Deploy Now," "Launch AkashML," "Become a Provider," "Get in Touch") and by the end sections it isn't always obvious which one is meant for me. The three-audience "Get Started" block (builder, deployer, provider) is smart segmentation, but the repeated "Deploy Now" across contexts starts to blur the hierarchy.
Specificity is a mixed bag.
